About Me

I’m Marissa, a certified health coach of 4 years. I too struggled to stay motivated and consistent for movement after leaving college and other active environments. I just couldn’t develop an exercise routine that sparked joy for me and my health reflected that! I gained 20lbs and felt horrible – sluggish, unconfident, honestly disappointed in myself. Until…I discovered 2 things – a local rugby team to play with AND my love for rock climbing. These 2 activities quickly motivated me to stay fit year round, avoid injury, and GET MOVING again! I created this program to help connect people to exercise and movement that sparks joy and discipline. I’ve been in your shoes and know that a real, sustained change doesn’t come from one prescribed exercise routine, it grows from unwavering support, accountability, mindset work, and some fun along the way. A personal trainer can give you an exercise routine, I can give you the knowledge and tools to create your own exciting routine you WANT to do!

  • Anyone unwilling to work on their mindset behind health choices
  • Anyone with an active eating or exercise disorder
  • Anyone with planned surgery during the program run time.

This 10 week course will run from January 2nd – March 13th and includes:

  • Detailed course outline including weekly resources and thought-provoking activities
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions via zoom (option to meet in person for Nashville friends)
  • Support group and community with bi-weekly chats
  • Message support the entire program – text, insta message, or email
  • Opportunities to customize for your exact needs!
